Mr. Reamsnyder has 25+ years experience in Sales, Marketing Executive positions with an emphasis on the healthcare industry. Beginning with American Hospital Supply and Baxter International, he held various senior management positions including Area Vice President for the Baxter Operating Division.

Mr. Reamsnyder left Baxter to join Kinetic Concepts- a NASDAQ traded company (KNCI). At the time of his departure as Zone Vice President of Sales and Operations, KCI was the nation’s largest specialty bed and medical equipment rental company. Mr. Reamsnyder then became Vice President of Market Development for TheraTx, Inc (NASDAQ traded under THTX). During his tenure, TheraTx became a leading provider of rehabilitation services and operator of skilled nursing facilities.

TheraTx was also recognized by INC. Magazine as the second fastest growing public company in America, growing from $15 mm to over $500 mm in 5 years. Mr. Reamsnyder then became the first person hired by WebMD with the responsibility to lead its sales initiative. During his 4 year tenure he held positions of Vice President of Sales, National Accounts and Channel Management.

He was a key contributor in securing investors, as well as a specific focus for developing relationships with key distribution, trading and investment partners for the purpose of enabling WebMD to quickly extend its national reach with its entire portfolio of services. Subsequent to WebMD, Mr. Reamsnyder has been involved in a wide variety of emerging businesses focusing on raising capital as well as leading their sales and marketing initiatives. Mr. Reamsnyder is a graduate of the University of Maryland.
